Lake Vermilion, 40,000 acres of water and 365 islands coupled with numerous bays and points with great structure. Lake Vermilion is known for Walleye, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, Crappie, panfish and Muskies. Join us this year for the 2008 Fishing Opener!

We suggest you consider contracting with one of our profressional fishing guides if you are new to fishing Lake Vermilion. We can recommend the following guides. Please call them directly for your one-half or full day fishing experience. Don’ forget to ask them to prepare a shore lunch!

The following guides work out of Ludlow’s on a regular basis. If they do not have time available during your requested time, please call us and we can refer other competent guides to you.

Guide fees range from $250 to $350 per day depending on the time on the water and number of people. Guides are independent contractors.

All personal boats have a $60.00 launching and dockage charge
