Tree Planting

Ludlow’s enjoys helping nature replenish our property with Red and White pines planted weekly. Guests enjoy hearing the story of how mother black bears with their cubs always select a sleeping spot near a White pine. When sensing danger, mom sends the cubs up the tree. The White pine tight bark is easier to climb for bears than other evergreen or coniferous trees.
